Arowana fish is a type of freshwater ornamental fish that is very popular in the national and international markets, with its attractiveness in the form of its beautiful color and body shape. Arowana fish farming is the activity of maintaining and breeding arowana fish in a controlled environment, such as a pond or aquarium. Arowana fish is a freshwater fish originating from South America and has been popular in Indonesia since the 1970s. The ornamental fish cultivation business in Indonesia is currently predicted to be a business with great potential. Arowana fish cultivation has become a profitable and sustainable business due to the high level of public interest and the durability of this fish on the market. In the context of Islamic Business Ethics, business actors are required to carry out their business activities by adhering to the principles of unity, balance, free will, responsibility and honesty/virtue. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to reveal the extent to which Arowana Golden Fish applies these principles in the process of cultivating Arowana fish. The results of this research discuss the cultivation of Arowana fish at Arwana Golden Fish, Purwonegoro Village, Banjarnegara Regency, as well as the application of Islamic business ethics principles. The cultivation process includes preparing media, managing water quality, selecting broodstock, rearing, and harvesting, using simple methods using ponds and aquariums. In its operations, Arowana Golden Fish applies the principles of unity, balance, free will, responsibility and honesty, which not only focus on profits but also have a positive impact on society, the environment and employees. The research results show that this practice supports business sustainability and builds customer trust.
