Sharia Bonds, State Sukuk, Sharia Financial Market, SBSNAbstrak
This study aims to implement the application of contracts in Islamic bonds and Government Sukuk (SBSN) in Indonesia and encourage it to strengthen the Islamic financial market. The research method used is a qualitative one with a literature study approach through a review of regulations, fatwas from the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), academic literature, and Islamic capital market data. The results show that the implementation of contracts such as ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah, istishna', and wakalah are in accordance with Islamic principles, ensuring they are free from elements of usury, gharar, and maysir. These instruments not only function as Islamic-compliant investment vehicles but also as an alternative means of financing national development, expanding the investor base, and strengthening Indonesia's position in the global Islamic financial market. However, increased Islamic financial literacy, product diversification, and continuous innovation are needed to optimize the benefits of these instruments.
