Abstrak

The Community Service Program (KPM) serves as a learning platform for students to immerse themselves in community life outside the campus while actively contributing to societal development. This initiative aims to enhance students' intellectual, emotional, and social competencies by linking academic theories to practical realities. The program also empowers students as problem-solvers, facilitators, and change agents in addressing community challenges. Through observational and participatory approaches, KPM in Legoksayem Village focused on key sectors such as education, economy, social welfare, and health. The program revealed significant potential and issues, particularly in agriculture and micro-enterprises. While the village benefits from fertile land and a strong agricultural base, limited processing and innovation reduce economic gains. Therefore, initiatives like entrepreneurship education, infrastructure improvement, and skill development were implemented to foster community resilience and sustainable growth. KPM underscores the critical role of higher education in bridging academic insights with real-world applications.
