Stunting is a persistent public health issue caused by prolonged nutritional deficiencies, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life, leading to impaired physical growth, cognitive development, and increased health risks. Utilizing locally available, nutrient-rich foods as supplementary feeding represents a strategic approach to stunting prevention. Moringa oleifera leaves, which are rich in essential nutrients such as protein, iron, calcium, vitamins, and antioxidants, offer strong potential as a local supplementary food. This community-based program aimed to optimize the use of moringa leaves through nutrition education and practical food processing training involving 34 participants in Purworejo Village. Evaluation using pre- and post-test questionnaires analyzed with SPSS showed no statistically significant difference in knowledge scores (Wilcoxon test, p = 0.317), indicating that although the intervention was implemented, its measurable impact within the study period was not statistically significant.
